Yes, the usual weasel wording from Hawaii makes it pretty clear that they aren’t going to commit themselves to anything uncategorical.
I have the impression the AZ guy was begging to be duped. “Just send me the fake BC and I can say I did my job”
Bennett played the chump. His career is finished. Does he do little boys? What did they have on him?
The article also paints a picture of Bennett as desperately looking for a way out of the political corner he painted himself into, never thinking Hawaii would be duplicitous.
Zullo nails him as being ill-informed, uncaring, and unwilling to learn the details—only like a desperate animal seeking an exit form the situation.
Plus he has plans to run for AZ governor.

Folks, the only people getting to the truth is Arpaio and Zullo. IN THE WHOLE COUNTRY. No one else.
There MUST be a landslide against Democrats in November for America to survive.
There also, after Election Day, must be a new conservative party to replace the gutless GOP. By then, the economic stormclouds that are gathering will burst, and it will be clear how much the AMerican people were sold out.

With over 100 million highly unstable people residing in America, many of which are in the Republican party, I’m not shocked to see EVERY FRIGGIN ONE OF THEM in positions able to legally do anything, roll over.
The liberal public cannot handle three Democrat presidents in a row that are proven idiot-criminal-failures. It would force them to confront (not accept even, just confront) their whole worldview being an equal failure. The Republican party lacks the courage to live up to their platform or the Constitution. This mess exposed would have the rest of the moderately sane country screaming for prison time...at best.
That would leave a ‘politician gap’ in DC...as in not enough left during/after the trials to be a government.
So we all can just pound salt. Great huh?

Congress will check out the credentials for McCan, Romney, and Santorum, but pass on Obama in spite of an abudance evidence he can’t prove he’s a US citizen.
In the light of all this (that really only confirms what seemed obvious a few years ago), can't a party with standing in each state take what evidence they have to their own state courts? Even if the burden of proof is on the party charging Obama is foreign-born, if a preponderance of evidence were presented that he is foreign born and no substantial evidence to the contrary, a state court could rule that Obama is not constitutionally eligible to be POTUS. The state could then remove his name form ballots and refuse to count Obama in the voting: he would be considered constitutionally ineligible.
Is Arizona or any other state going down that road?
