Just locked my rate at $0.104 / kwh for 36mo. I can live with that. It is $0.002 more than a 12 month or month-to-month.
StarTex does not seem real concerned for some reason. That rate is $0.002 lower than the two year rate in 2010.
I would like to see Texas tell the feds to stuff it and spin on it though.

I've been looking at alternative power suppliers. My last 10 bills from TXU have been around $0.098 for generation cost but the other fees add up quickly and the final cost / kwh goes up.
