Interesting. Do you know what delivery charges and taxes will be assessed?
I've been looking at alternative power suppliers. My last 10 bills from TXU have been around $0.098 for generation cost but the other fees add up quickly and the final cost / kwh goes up.

The 10.4 is a renewal rate for 2,000 kwh / mo and is all in.
