A Hawaii official announced late Tuesday that the state gave Arizona’s top elections official the verification he wanted showing President Barack Obama was indeed born there in 1961.
The announcement came just hours after Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett backed away from his threats to keep Obama off the November ballot and apologized for embarrassing his own state with a conspiracy theory-fueled investigation into whether the president was really a natural born U.S. citizen.
It also followed weeks of back and forth between Hawaii and Arizona, with Hawaii officials saying they weren’t sure Bennett was qualified to be investigating the matter.
Here’s the full statement Joshua Wisch, the special assistant to the Hawaii attorney general, released at 11:35 p.m. ET:

How did Hawaii verify his birth?
There is nothing in the statement that says what the form of 'verification' was. We don't know if they have anything at all to look at
I truly doubt this was a true vital document but some statement to the fact that Hawaii has something on file that says Obama was born there.
Hawaiian law provides that anyone can say they witnessed a birth in the state and they will provide a birth certificate.
In Obama's case, it's 'GIGO' or Garbage In Garbage Out.
Were they allowed to see all of 0bama’s records - name changes, adoption papers, etc. or just the composite crap that has already been put out?
And for a few bucks anyone can get a copy of my birth certificate. Why can’t we get a copy of his?
Did they provide another document of birth?
Did they have pictures, did they have DNA, did they have unrefutable eye-witness testimony?
How did they verify it?
And what is this part about the Arizona Secretary of State apologizing for embarassing the state for a conspiracy theory fueled campaign? Is that what he said?
Sorry, all of this sounds completely fabricated and if the Arizona Sec of State did reverse, then it is because other ofrces are at work here somehow. They haven't had time to verify whatever it is Hawaii may have provided.
On second review, there’s no confirmation from Arizona’s Secretay of State, just comments from Hawaii.

I became convinced a long time ago that the NBC issue would never go anywhere. There are way too many people in positions of power, such as congress and the SC, who refused to do anything about it.
I'll bet there were so many of those going up when it was read it sounded like the MTC! "Oh, BULLL!!"
All I know is the form (and it was a copy of the form Obama showed to the public) on the White House website was a complete fabrication. Why? I have no idea.
For now, I’ll let this go, and now we need to focus on getting the man out of office.

“If I embarrassed the state, I apologize, but that certainly wasn’t my intent,” Bennett said in an interview with Phoenix radio station KTAR. “He’ll be on the ballot as long as he fills out the same paperwork and does the same things that everybody else has.”
Bennett said he still intends to keep asking Hawaii for verification that Obama’s birth certificate is authentic. But he said he only plans to use Hawaii’s answer as a way to satisfy demands from constituents who remain unconvinced Obama is a natural born citizen of the United States and so therefore eligible to be president.
He also said he talked to Hawaii’s attorney general on Monday night and clarified what he is looking to have verified. He said he “reworded” his request and expects to receive a response from Hawaii officials “in the next 24 to 48 hours.”

Arizona caved in yesterday. No need to confirm anything. So Hawaii can say anything they want and say they all agree and we can just get on with the coronation.

In other words; too many people in power could legitimately be killed, as treason is punishable by death, when it came out that they were involved in overthrowing the Constitution, or at least remnants thereof.

I have gotten birth certificates for several people that were not my relatives while doing research for a paper on genetics. As long as you are willing to pay, the states are willing to give up the information. Birth certificates are public record and therefore are available to anyone.
