A statement issued by the European Union on Tuesday seemed to suggest it supports Palestinian Authority Arabs’ rights to throw stones during non-violent protests.
The statement, released on Tuesday by the spokesperson of Catherine Ashton, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, criticized Israel for convicting PA Arab Bassem Tamimi of dispatching stone-throwers and protesting illegally.
An Israeli court convicted Tamimi on Sunday, according to an AFP report. The 45-year-old was charged with soliciting stone-throwing based on evidence that he directed such incidents from the roof-tops.
He was arrested on March 24, 2011, AFP reported, and accused of organizing illegal gatherings and incitement in connection with a series of weekly demonstrations in the Arab village of Nabi Saleh.

If they're throwing stones, then by definition it's NOT a "non-violent protest."

If throwing rocks at people is "non-violent" and is recognized in the EU as a "right" then there certainly should not be any problem with the targets of the rock-throwers engaging in their right to "fire back."
Non-violent return fire, of course.

I'm not sure what good #2 will do though.
What part of throwing stones do they find *not* violent?
I guess depriving these people of such an ancient and hallowed tradition would be a cultural crime in enlightened Europe. Well, we Americans have a cultural tradition too, it’s called “Never bring rocks to a gunfight”.
It would be a shame if some were to hit Catherine Ashton with a rock so she understands the that “being stoned” is not a drug reference. Screw her and the treasonous class running Eurabia. They should be hanged from the respective parliaments.
