Democratic Party files complaint against Walker (WI)
Wisconsin State Journal ^ | 5-17-12

The Wisconsin Democratic Party has filed a complaint against Republican Gov. Scott Walker over his latest television ad.

The ad released Wednesday includes footage of Walker touting new jobs data that the state made public earlier in the day.

The Democratic Party alleges in the complaint sent to the Dane County district attorney and the state elections board that Walker illegally used state time and resources to craft a political message in violation of the law.

Walker's campaign spokeswoman Ciara Matthews dismisses the charge, saying Walker shot various versions of the ad in advance of when the final number was known. She says the final version of the ad was completed Thursday morning before being electronically sent to stations.

The complaint goes to the Government Accountability Board (GAB) which was stacked with Democrats by Doyle. They will agree with the complaint...but I don’t know what power they have at this point to intervene.

Now Walker is going to get the Palin treatment? If they can't beat him, they will hound him with ethics complaints until he is driven out of office or face personal bankruptcy?

Walker was referring to information that had been posted in WI newspaper on line sites. Why don’t the Dems just try to repeal the first amendment. Oh yeah, they are already trying.

The WI Democratic Party is indistinguishable in message and tactics from the occutards.

They are one and the same.

The Dhimmicrats are going to try to overwhelm Walker with ethics complaints as they did Palin.
I know people who believe “Palin did a bunch of illegal stuff but since she was the Governor, and investogated herself, she got away with stuff”.I can’t make this up;there are just a lot of people who wouldn’t know what to do with a clue if someone gave it to them ,much less buy a clue.

There is no mechanism in WI law similar to the system that allowed the a**holes to file ethics complaints against Palin personally.

They tried this same crap with the “protest” candidates for the senate primaries and even the GAB told them it was baseless. People are seeing this for what it is and are gettng fed up with it.

I still think they will try to distract him and create as much negative press as possible.

These are the same people who would rather flee than do their jobs.

I am sure that they object to Obama using AF1 and his free TV time for political purposes too.

More people went and voted for Walker in the primaries, even though they did not have to, than people who voted for BOTH the demoncrat candidates put together.

The DNC has pulled a majority of its funding out of Wisconsin as a result. The whole thing is a whole waste of funds and they know it. So they go this route instead, since they know the recall is a waste of time and money.
