Interesting information. It is sad to say, but I think it is prudent for the authorities to be thinking of these “worst case” scenarios and preparing for them. Release of a nuclear, chemical, or bio weapon would be made even worse if the folks affected were able to leave.
And if the feds are trying to prepare, we as individuals should prepare as well.
And I doubt it is the case, but we should also be prepared if they close the gates without an attack.

In a conference in Pretoria, they had special forces with auto weapons guarding dumpsters. They cut down forests so the elite fascists would have a clear drive to the five-star restaurant to eat foie gras, clip and South African lobster.
It takes a huge amount of manpower and logistics to secure one tiny section in one large city for these poodles.

It's probably very likely that law enforcement storm troopers are preparing to handle hordes of tea party and conservative activists and rabble rousers that will be carrying ugly offensive (to MSM, liberals) signs, and are VERY CAPABLE, as things progress thru the day, of VIOLENTLY throwing all their cups and bags and trash into HUGE RECEPTACLES!

These people are delusional if they really think they can exercise this kind of control over the Chicagoland area, and more delusional if they think they can apply this to the rest of the country. The cost alone is impractical.
