There was no statement about trespassing. He was walking home after visiting a relative. Even if he was walking through a “closed community”, shooting an unarmed person who is not committing a serious crime is an irresponsible action which threatens MY Second Amendment rights.

He was not. It has been clearly established, and is disputed by nobody, that Martin was an invited guest, staying with a resident of the neighborhood (his father's girlfriend.) He died less than 100 feet from that house.
