One has to wonder if Breyer will demonstrate the aphorism:
"A conservative is a liberal who has been mugged".

Is this the same Justice who got mugged going for a walk in the park at midnight a few years ago?

So he is now a conservative?
or still an anti-gun liberal, but with armed security guards.

Just a gentleman exercising some eminent domain.
It was eminent that he have domain over Breyer’s cash!
Good.

BIG TIME PRAYERS for the health and well-being of Justice Breyer and Ginsberg. May they remain in top-notch health until King Obama is dethroned on Jan 20, 2013.

That was OUR money they stole from this overpaid black robed tyrant thriving lavishly on the Federal paycheck.

At first I thought it said robed. Then I envisioned Justice Breyer getting the James Brown treatment as he sat down at the bench.

Perhaps this will persuade Breyer to take compulsion and armed robbery into account when ObummerCare comes before the court.

The Justice claims his property on Nevis is worth between 100k and 250k. I seriously doubt that, unless he has a 1b condo. It would be interesting to appraise his property. I am sure it’s an “oversight”.
To: Hunton Peck
Why didn’t he turn on his penumbra and rule that a .357 appear in his hand?
Guess that ol’ ju-ju is slipping away.
