Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA), Chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, goes on Fox News to discuss next week's hearing on Operation Fast and Furious. Patrick Cunningham, Chief of the Criminal Division in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Arizona, will plead the fifth amendment during next week's committee hearing.

Sounds like one of those times that a grant of immunity is in order to oblige him to testify (seeing that this goes at least as high as Holder, and possibly to Obama himself, the top DOJ guy in AZ is small fry).

Does Issa have enough to get some people prosecuted or impeached?
Apparently the Fifth is the only Amendment the Obama Regime honors.
Well I don’t see how anyone can make the argument that Mr. Issa is pulling his punches on F&F with the media, or isn’t doing everything he can to show the seriousness of this matter.
I thought he presented the facts beautifully, adding the right amount of surrounding context to underscore the outrage of a high official of the federal Department of Justice hiding behind the right to not incriminate himself.
If a Republican DOJ executive had done such a thing, the MSM would be screaming about it virtually 24/7, as they did with Scooter Libby.
Only if the Republicans can get control of both the Senate and House. AND- only if the Tea party candidates can get their people in too. The president is already guilty of so much malfeasance, it would be easy if there were men with no fear and true conviction to make it happen.
So, it is unlikely. Possible, but unlikely.
I am hoping some heat at the bottom would get some of them to testify on those up the chain of command.
It goes all the way to the 3 IDEALOGICAL STOOGES. Obama, Withholder and CLINTON. Among others. No low level government agent is going to pull this type of shenanigans without approval from the higher ups. It ain’t gonna happen. This low level guy pleading the 5th. means its the BEGINNING OF THE END for these “I’AM WORKING ON GUN CONTROL UNDER THE RADAR” scammers.
Doesn't our State Dept. call that state-sponsored terrorism when other countries do it?
ATF Operation Castaway did the same in Honduras too.
Not to mention the State Dept.-led CIA operation known only by its media-coined moniker "Grenade Walker."
