"Mr. Romney and his super PAC have already spent nearly $7 million on advertising there.“

Not a very good ROI there Super-Businessman Romney!

No one can claim Christianity if they vote for a liar. And Santorum has repeatedly lied about Newt’s record and exaggerating his own. Why is he fighting Newt so hard and not his counterpart in lies - Mitt?

DC doesn’t want NEWT but wants Santorum - should not be too hard to grasp what side of the fence Santorum is on. To save any credibility he may have, he should bow out. If he thinks he’s better than Newt, someone wake that lawyer up! Lawyer = honesty? He’s living up to his chosen career and NOT anything conservative or Christian.

There are 2 kinds of social conservatives. One group is opposed to abortion and gay marriage and special gay rights and wants to allow prayer in school. Newt is that kind of social conservative.

The other group also wants to censor the internet, throw out books such as Harry Potter from school libraries because they could lead to witchcraft, force kids to pray in a specific way in public school even if they aren’t religious or practice another religion, etc. I’m afraid Santorum and Michele Bachmann represents that kind of social conservative.

“I would trust Perry much more than Santorum.”

Yup! If anyone should be part of a backup plan, it should be Perry, who actually knows how to lead.

“The minority vote (hispanic & black) is hugely for Gingrich over Romney. Also, the <65 years vote is in favor of Gingrich, and the younger you get the more in favor of Gingrich.”

Newt will be the super high tech, pro space, anti SOPA candidate.

Since Perry said he was ‘suspending’, can he get back in if something went wrong with Newt?

I don’t think many miss that evil smirk of Mitt’s. What is inside comes out.

He’s the GOP’s conman like barry is to the left. Will the media pull another win - this time over conservatives so we will be the laughing stock? NO! We know evil when we see it!

Go NEWT! Kick the imposter #2 to the curb to clear the way to kick imposter #1 back to Chicago.

How does his stepping down from congress fit into the FBI of wife number two who was trying to sell influence.

Also didn't he go into a rehab center or at least intense counseling about that time. Remember he was sixteen when wife number one got hold of him. She was one of his teachers. He married her when she got pregnant and he was nineteen.....Enough to mess up the mind of any kid.

They favor Newt because he isn’t walking around with a self-assigned halo on his head!

Mitt wasn’t a businessman either. He was a banker - someone who loaned other people’s money to struggling businesses, which then had to turn around...or fail. And from what I’ve read, when his group would loan money, others would...and if the business collapsed, Mitt would clear out first with as much of the cash as possible.

That is not running a business. He provided capital, and that is good as far as it goes, but it isn’t the same as starting up a business and providing goods and services and meeting payrolls and taxes and leading others to work harder and better.

He was a risk-adverse banker. A banker who made a lot of money, even when the business failed. How will THAT sound in a general election?

Yes, but the entire democratic party attacked his “food stamp president” comments as the utmost in racism since the founding of the republic.

Who would have expected him to win the black vote in a poll in Florida?

My take...black parents, like any other parents, really do want their kids to get a job and get out’n the damn house.

They have retirement plans (that do not include luxury cruises in Italy.)

:>)

I didn't know that. Seems barry learned alot from mitt - not just romneycare!

Mitt is big brother to Barry - one conman to another. The similarities are not hidden and it's spells EVIL.

I don’t trust Newt to be a conservative. We will need to watch him carefully. He will stab us in the back sometimes. If I could choose from anyone in the US to be President, Newt would not be my number one.

But it is now a choice of Newt, Mitt, or Rick. I would not trust any of those to be a true conservative. However, Newt will fight, and he won’t play friendly, or try to get along. He is NOT John Bohner (spelling wrong I know). He won’t automatically default to giving in to the democrats. And right now, we NEED a fighter!

Amazing considering that “Mr. Gingrich and his super PAC have yet to air a single television ad in Florida. Mr. Romney and his super PAC have already spent nearly $7 million on advertising there. “

During the Morning News on WFLA out of Tampa, there have been/are/probably will be at least 6 ads, either by Romney or his PAC slamming Newt and/or praising Mittrino.

And so far, I have gotten 5 calls from either Mittrino or one of his surrogates. The latest Mittrino surrogate was Pam Bondi, the Florida state AG.

I used to hang up right away, but then I realized, if I keep them on the line, they can't call as many other voters. So, I just leave the phone off the hook until I hear the buzz of the disconnect.
