Russia: Re-Elect Obama, or It's World War III
American Thinker ^ | January 19, 2012 | Kim Zigfeld

Last week, Americans learned that they are, or soon may be, at war with Vladimir Putin's Russia. That is, of course, unless they do just exactly what the Kremlin asks, which is pretty simple, really, and consists largely of re-electing Barack H. Obama, the best friend the Kremlin ever had, as president of the United States.

The word came down from two of Russia's highest-ranking politicians, Nikolai Patrushev (head of Russia's National Security Council) and Dmitri Rogozin (formerly Russia's ambassador to the United Nations, recently elevated to deputy prime minister). Both chose to use Iran as the focal point of their remarks.

Rogozin declared:

Iran is our neighbor. And if Iran is involved in any military action, it's a direct threat to our security. We are definitely interested in the non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. But at the same time, we believe that any country has the right to have what it needs to feel comfortable, including Iran.

The words sounded uncomfortably like the words used by President John Kennedy in his October 1962 address to the nation regarding the Cuban Missile Crisis.

Then Patrushev chimed in:

There is a likelihood of military escalation of the conflict, towards which Israel is pushing the Americans. It cannot be ruled out that the Iranians will be able to carry out their threat to shut exports of Saudi oil through the Strait of Hormuz if faced with military actions against them. Talk about Iran creating an atomic bomb by next week we have heard for many years.

Patrushev accused the United States of attempting to topple Iran's government and subjugate its population "by all available means" and implied that Russia would help Iran to shut down oil supplies to the United States through the Persian Gulf if the U.S...

The Soviets love watching Barry the Magnificent turn America into a weak, third world banana republic.

Last week, Americans learned that they are, or soon may be, at war with Vladimir Putin's Russia.

Putin's Russia doesn't exist anymore. The people over there want to run that guy out and fast. Just look at the last election they had. Worrying about what the Kremlin wants shouldn't concern anyone. They have problems of their own, especially good ol' Pooty Poot.

From the excerpt you provided, the “Obama” element seems to be manufactured by the writer at AmericanThinker, or by you, and not directly implied in any way by Russia.

In fact the Russian official’s comment’s seem to imply that with Obama in the WH, or not, Russia may find some U.S. action vis-a-vis Iran as unacceptable. The Russian official’s comments do seem to directly imply that Russia is finding U.S. moves, vis-a-vis Iran, UNDER OBAMA, to be NOT as accomodating to Russia as they would like.

So, who produced the “Obama” element in/on this article and how?

That's because the Rooskies know that The Won will avoid war by preemptively surrendering, making the French in 1940 look like the Brits at Rorke's Drift.

Putin actually thinks we’ll have a fair election?

What does he know that we don’t?

The Rat Party (formerly the traditional, patriotic Democratic Party) and the Russians again. Carter seeks help from Russians to get a Rat Party member elected president.

"In his 2002 book, Reagan's War, Peter Schweizer cites the diaries of longtime Soviet Ambassador Anatoly Dobrynin (which have also been reviewed by this writer) to report the following: "Former president Jimmy Carter dropped by Soviet ambassador Dobrynin's residence on a day late in January 1984 to discuss the state of the world. Carter was concerned about Reagan's defense buildup, Dobrynin recalled. The former president went on to explain that Moscow and the world would be better off with someone else in the White House. Otherwise, 'there would not be a single agreement on arms control, especially on nuclear arms, as long as Reagan was in power.'"

Didn’t these people ever learn history of American elections? Any hint of outside support to a candidate, people will vote to the opponent in drive. Remember the radio host who asked OH voters to vote for Kerry? It created a complete backlash.

The piece and headline were hyperbolic and dishonest. But yes, the Russian leadership has a tendency to use Islamist nations to do their dirty work.

Someone needs to whisper a simple question into the Russian Foriegn Ministers ear . The question should be something along the lines of: How much love for Russia is their in Chechnya & how much fun would the Chechens have driving an Iranian made nuke into Moscow & setting it off?

I would like to see the look on the Russians face when that question is asked.

Saber rattling works well on a weak little rat like Obama but he isn’t going to be our president next year.
