Good night and rest well, Luv.
Was trying to get the dogs in so I could leave for work.
Solly was in the remains of the kale bed..eating like she was at a salad bar.
The remains were a result of her previous excavation efforts.
Much better.
I hauled a new mattress in wednesday to replace the “firm” sealy posturepedic that’s plain wore out.
That heave ho stuff did not help but the new mattress did.
I feel much better

New mattress can make all the difference.
My weeks spent roofing nearly left me crippled daily.
Would be all better in the am.

You know the drill with this stuff.
Every daily thing exacerbates the condition.
Dragging in the dog food from the store tweaks things.
So then you have a choice...
Run to the store and buy the little size daily, or rest and grab a 16 lb bag every 4 days.
