I’m sure that while he was a college professor, Newt saw the horrors of college kids smoking pot as they would often freak-out after just one hit off the bong and go on mass murder sprees or jump out of a 13th floor dormatory window.

That’s one thing I really like about Newt.
He straight out says what he thinks and doesn’t sugarcoat it.

We’re so close to winning the war on drugs that only a surrender monkey would want to pull out now.

Your a complete idiot. This country has a drug problem from Maine to California.Prescription narcotic use from Vicodin to Oxycontin is a cancer that is worse than what Dr.Paul is talking about and these drugs are legal.

I can assure you that college kids who went that far over the cliff were doing a lot more than "just one hit off the bong."

Ron Paul hit Newt a bit too early, and folks I know in Des Moines say people are tired of the ads. Newt has a week to close the deal, and Paul’s insane newsletters are helping. Newt has a real shot at trimming 5-8% from the old nutbag before the vote is done. Remember - polls don’t matter that much - folks will spend HOURS at the caucus trying to convince people to back their guy. Newt needs to bring in a ton of activists to each location to pass out copies of Paul’s newsletters and low-lights of his insane rantings over the years.

If only we could give our leaders in D.C. and law enforcement a little more power and money we could win the war on drugs. /s

Is it just me, or is Gingrich taking on Paul and Romney at the same time?
Looks to me like he is landing damaging blows to both.

I hate to quote a TV show, but Newt’s campaign and folks’ reaction to it really makes me think of a line from one.
In “The Office,” there’s a character named Kelley (female) who is an Indian valley-girl type customer service rep. She has an on-again, off-again relationship with another of the show’s characters, and at one point makes the following statement while pondering her relationhip:
“Who says just exactly what they’re really thinking? What kind of game is that?”

"Your a complete idiot." The govt IS winning the war on drugs. If you do not believe that, you do not know which side they are on.
