The state chairman of Indiana's Democratic Party resigned Monday as a probe of election fraud in the 2008 Democratic presidential primary widened.
State law requires a presidential candidate to gather 500 valid signatures in each county to qualify for the ballot. Barack Obama may not have met it. Investigators think 150 of the 534 signatures the Obama campaign turned in for St. Joseph County may have been forged.

Former Democratic Rep. Artur Davis, who is black, said vote fraud is rampant in African-American districts like his in Alabama.
"The most aggressive contemporary voter suppression in the African-American community is the wholesale manufacture of ballots at the polls and absentee, in parts of the Black Belt," Mr. Davis said. "Voting the names of the dead, and the nonexistent, and the too mentally impaired to function cancels out the votes of citizens who are exercising their rights."

"Concerns about voter identification laws affecting turnout are much ado about nothing," concluded researchers at the universities of Delaware and Nebraska after examining election data from 2000 through 2006.

This year there have been investigations, indictments or convictions for vote fraud in California, Texas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Georgia, North Carolina and Maryland. In all but one case, the alleged fraudsters were Democrats.

Fraud of the magnitude which swings elections typically combines absentee ballot fraud and voter registration fraud. At least 55 employees or associates of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now have been convicted of registration fraud in 11 states, says Matthew Vadum of the Capital Research Center, who's written a book about ACORN.
Of 1.3 million new registrations ACORN turned in in 2008, election officials rejected 400,000.

No surprise that the overwhelming majority of proven voter fraud cases have been in Dim precincts. I wonder how much voter fraud took place in Florida during the 2000 presidential election?
The Minnesota senate race that put the comedian in the US senate?
In most states there are laws requiring everyone to have id just to be in the state.
Can you get welfare with out id? No
Can you get medicare with out id? No
Can you cash a check with out id? No
Can you open a bank account with out id? No
The list could go on and on..
No id, no vote. It’s not racist because EVERYONE has to have id.
If voter ID’s discriminate against the poor who can’t afford the ID’s then how do they identify thmeselves to the Department of Welfare Graft?
Amen, although killing them probably will not deter them from voting.
If Newt guarantees that he will repeal Obamacare and to once and for all handle voter fraud, I’ll vote for him all day long!
In Minnesota a bill with your address is all you need. or.. get this.. Someone that lives near you can “vouch” for you.
Oh ya, no chance of fraud there. /s
The Democratic Party strongly supports the Civil Rights of Necro-Americans!
My wife ordered a Christmas gift for one of the grandkids and used Walmart’s “ship to store” service to avoid paying shipping costs. When she went to pick up the gift, she needed the email that Walmart had sent, plus a picture ID. For a freaking Lego toy! But someone should be allowed to vote just by dropping in at the polls without any ID whatsoever?
Get used to it, Obama’s whole re-election strategy is to “scream racism” whenever he gets criticized. Simple, but effective.
It takes guts to stand up to that kind of intimidation, and not many politicians have it.
Normally they also require the CC you ordered the item with as well. You got off easy. ;)
There might be a pearl in it.
Allowing voter fraud has consequences...
Whistling past the graveyard!!
That's just Dims whistling up votes!!
LOL!!!
"Bring out your DEAD!! We need votes!!"
Not to worry -- Holder will take care of the voter registration fraud problem. Everybody in the country will automatically be registered.
An article yesterday pointed out the ridiculous hypocrisy of these arguments by pointing out that most union elections require that you present your ID. If it’s good enough for the union, then it should be good enough for our states and nation.
make the voting machine work by reading your finger print...you give it the registrar when you register, then when you vote the voting machine reads your prints...it would only let one vote once no pictures no cards if you don’t register you don’t vote
