I guess that’s a good thing.
I am preparing lunch and getting ready to sit by the pool and listen to the master radio personality!
More clarification of Newt’s record needed. I guess my best hope is a brokered convention and an outside candidate who is truly Conservative.
What’s with the beggars calling for iPads and other loot these days?
I recall a kid calling Rush a few years back. He was just out of college and was asking Rush for some advice. I don’t remember all of the exact discussion, but Rush asked him what he really wanted. Rush was making the point that you have to know what you want in order to go after it.
The kid thought for a bit and asked Rush for a laptop. A laptop? This kid has one of the most influential conservatives in the US on the phone and he asks for a laptop! Of course, Rush didn’t give him one.
I literally screamed at the radio.
Here’s, the right answer, kid: A job, Rush. I want a job and the opportunity to buy laptops (and cars, and houses and security for my family) for the rest of my life. Rush, I’d like a foot in the door, so that I can prove myself and start on the road to success.

The TV was on downstairs in the cafeteria, on CNN. They were carrying Obozo’s address to the troops at Fort Bragg, amid what seemed to be much cheering.
Before O came on, Moochelle practically delivered a campaign-speech style introduction, reminding the troops that her husband ‘kept his promises’ to the vets, etc.
He doesn’t give away so many Sleep Number Beds anymore...
They probably are not in the “closet” anymore. Rush said yesterday he had a closet full of goodies.
Last night he showed his mug at the WWF rumble in South Carolina with the troops, it was disgusting and I of course changed the channel
I have a hard time believing the ‘goodie closet’ only has iPads and iPhones since Apple is not an advertiser and Apple is so liberal.
But there you go...
Is this a radio program or a 3 hour info-mercial for his iced tea? :-(
