Thanks for misstating and otherwise acting like a propagandist of whom the total control statists would be proud, Rick Perry’s views on state government vs federal power.

“FRiends, the Newt-haters have to resort to distortion and falsehoods to try and win points.”

Every day, on every Newt post and around the clock. I see very little difference between them and the libs.

I watched Judge Napolitano’s latest show. Beck was the guest. These two were in full attack mode against Gingrich. They were spinning and they even out right lied.

Their hate for Gingrich was more than apparent and they are obviously panicking.......their attacks were over the top.

Newt is strong, but he is going to have to be even stronger to fight through the wall that Newt hating Fox has been building.

Go Newt Go.........

Glenn Beck is mentally ill and should be treated accordingly.

Beck has said he would vote for Bachmann.....that of course, may help Romney by splitting votes.

But to say that Beck endorsed Romney is not to tell the truth.

Also interesting regarding Glenn Beck and presidential canddates is that Beck has spoken of Hunstsman’s father as his “mentor” and Beck actually apologized to the elder Huntsman for comments criticizing his son.

>>Is Beck blatantly backing Romney?<<

Actually, Michelle Bachmann.

>>Yes, Beck has endorsed Romney. Piss on both of them.<<

No he hasn’t. He was pitching for both Santorum and Bachmann just this morning.

(and Merry Christmas my FRiend. I haven’t seen you in a while)

RE: Is Beck blatantly backing Romney?

Yes, Beck has endorsed Romney. Piss on both of them.

Woww, you state this as fact?! I don’t believe this is true. Can you please state when and where did he do this? Source??

From what I have heard and read, he is supporting Michelle Bachmann.

When Newt wins the nomination, how will Fox be treating Newt? Will they still be bashing him then? With the goal being to defeat a Marxist leader, I don’t understand why they’re not rallying with the majority of conservatives? Maybe our goal and their goal are two different things????

Yes, Beck has endorsed Romney. Piss on both of them.

No he hasn't. He said if it were down to Obama or Romney, he would vote Romney even though it would be against his will.

I actually like a lot of Paul’s ideas & thoughts. However, his followers are so rabid & so determined to use any means, whether ethical or not, that I’m just completely turned off by the man.

I’ll vote for the man if he wins the nomination (not likely) but it won’t be fun walking by the loons that support him.

His accomplishments speak for themselves. Cutting taxes, cutting the deficit, balancing the budget, reducing unemployment, blocking socialist programs, etc, are all conservative accomplishments and are all things we desperately need to do today!

A progressive/leftist Pubbie (aka RINO) in the spirit of TR?

Yes, by Newt's own admission:

"But I am more in the Alexander Hamilton-Teddy Roosevelt tradition of conservatism. I recognize that there are times when you need government to help spur private enterprise and economic development."

Teddy Roosevelt was not a conservative, and Alexander Hamilton was a monarchist and proponent of Big Government.

Newt is a progressive republican. Deal with it. His actions and words in recent years show he is a progressive republican. He is not a conservative.

Oh come on - that was a loaded question - NOT denying something is NOT affirming the statement to be true. If he was a real “progressive”, the MSM would be pushing him.

You really really need to go a read a book on Alexander Hamilton! Hamilton was NOT a Monarchist!
Read the one by Forrest McDonald. I like you believed all the “pop American history” I was taught in secondary school which put a halo on Jefferson & horns on Hamilton. If you read McDonald's book and read accounts of Washington's administration Jefferson doesn’t come out all that admirable. Hamilton comes out of that story a tragic (and flawed!) hero.

I would certainly categorically refute it instead of playing the word games that progressives always play.

Hard to do when he admitted he was a Teddy Roosevelt Progressive, he just haggled on which era of Teddy's presidency his philosophy rightly belonged in.

I agree that Newt effectively refuted Beck with his response.

Strange, I agree that Newt effectively affirmed Beck's assertion with his response.

“Newt is a progressive republican. Deal with it.”

Newt will win the nomination. Deal with that.

If Newt is a progressive.

Romney is a Socialist.

...and Obama is a communist.

So, you prefer the Socialist or the Communist?
