A new Obama administration rule could drive out of the market the low-cost, high deductible plans that are supposed to be available under ObamaCare. That would likely mean a sharp jump in taxpayer subsidies.
The problem stems in large part from contradictions in the hastily written health care overhaul.

Anyone with HSA’s should get any and all expensive medical procedures done in 2012 before President Obama steals your accumulated $$ in the form of taxing those accounts at a 40%+rate.
Anyone who thinks that Obamacare was "hastily" written is seriously deluded. This behemoth had been in preparation by the progressive thinktanks since well before Obama was even elected. 2600 pages intended to take over a sixth of the economy did not materialize overnight when he was sworn in.
