He got elected to office and voted “ Present” , and his history, youthful developement , education , and political committment remained an ‘enigma’. He then sealed those documents , thus eliminating exposure to the document trail .
Furthermore , he surrounded himself with competant ‘hatchet-men’ who do his dirty work.
