This kid had some very deep inner problems aside from the dream act. The family does not appear to want to take any responsibility and wants to shift the blame over to the dream act. As he states here, teenagers face bad things and temptations and that he didn't want to succumb. He was a mixed up & confused teen.

(DREAM) Act, as was mistakenly reported by various news outlets. Mistakenly? Who do they think their kidding. They knew it was a lie and published it for it's propaganda effect. That's what they do.
