Please ignore any rude gestures in the youtube song clips, as well as odd dancing moves, and other distractions.
Thanks for posting this, Heart-Rest.
Ping to mel,
Herman Cain’s gospel song “Hold On” is wonderful.
I will also check out the other clips of him singing at that youtube page.
He is an awesome singer and this talent is on loan from God.

Ping to link of Herman Cain singing the gospel song “Hold On”.
Very inspirational!
He really does sing great. Someone else had posted that gospel song link a while back, and I really liked it too.
Yes, that song definitely applies to the situation. I was thinking about putting Elvis rendition of “Only Believe” in there too. That would also seem to be fitting for this purpose. Have you heard his rendition of that gospel song?
That head-top only shot they used in that clip at one point might be a useful technique to use in these debates when they’re aiming the cameras at the debate moderators and other media people. That could at times prove to be a merciful service to the visual and psychological well-being of the viewing public.
Wow, it is very impressive how many songs you know about from different musical eras that apply to both of these categories. I was trying to think of a way to use Roy Acuff’s train songs “Freight Train Blues” and “Wabash Cannonball” to the “Cain Train” somehow. Those ones were from the old “78’s” our family had a long time ago, and I believe someone has them out on youtube now too.
I’m guessing you are a serious music collector and musicologist!
Yes, I have about 1,000 78’s and about as many 45’s, plus a treasure trove of LP’s as well. However, the number of recordings available on Youtube truly amazes me. For example, some years ago, I had to send to Holland to get a copy of “Stalin Kicked the Bucket,” yet two recordings of it can now be found on Youtube.
Interestingly, in 1968, former Alabama governor George Wallace, running for president as an independent, had a campaign song entitled "The Wallace Cannonball," sung to the tune of "The Wabash Cannonball."
My favorite version of "Only Believe" is by the Old Fashioned Revival Hour Chorus Choir. The Old Fashioned Revival Hour was a radio broadcast that originated at the Long Beach Municipal Auditorium in Long Beach, Calif. My mother sang in the choir for nearly two decades. Paul Rader, a pioneering radio evangelist who wrote the song, was a major influence on the Rev. Charles Fuller, who ran the broadcast. Although the program ended with Fuller's death in 1968, the old broadcasts are available on the Internet, enabling my mother, who passed away earlier this year, to continue to play a role in spreading the Good News. The choir sang "Only Believe" in several of the broadcasts.
You can listen to bootleg recordings of the broadcasts at Biblebelievers.com or surf over to the Old Fashioned Revival Hour's website at ofrh.com.
Thanks!
The money and support is pouring in for Herman Cain, but we cannot slow down now. Please help him by donating at http://www.hermancain.com/
Also to help join the buzz about Herman go to facebook.com and like him. His likes have jumped dramatically since the attacks started. Make no mistake Sean Hannitys BFF Tokyo Rove is watching Hermans likes and so is Romney. THIS is the way to stick it to the GOP establishment! Please tell your family and friends to like Herman as well. Then lets bring out our most powerful tool for helping Herman Cain: PRAYING that God protects him from the people of darkness.
Last night was the first time I heard Herman sing.
It won’t be the last!
