Holder's days as Attorney General may be numbered as resignation call double overnight:

Attorney General Eric Holder’s tenure in the Obama administration may be coming to an end. At least eight members of Congress have now called on Holder to resign over the growing Operation Fast and Furious scandal.

Republican Reps. Vicky Hartzler of Missouri, John Mica of Florida, Quico Canseco of Texas and Gus Bilirakis of Florida each told The Daily Caller on Thursday that they believe Holder should step down now. The number of members of Congress calling for Holder to end his career in government because of Fast and Furious is now eight, a number which has doubled in one day.

Previously, Republican Reps. Joe Walsh of Illinois, Raul Labrador of Idaho, Blake Farenthold of Texas and Paul Gosar of Arizona called on Holder to resign.

Removing Holder from DoJ is only the first step. He needs to stand for a full investigation of Fast and Furious. Justice also need to reopen the prosecution of the New Black Panthers for voter intimidation.

You mean like Moamar Ghadaffy did? No matter how long he can hang in there, I think he's in for a real bad day sometime in the not-so-distant future.

Why hasn't our House leadership demanded he be prosecuted for perjury! The arse lied to Congress, under oath.

How is it that Scooter can go to prison for a process “crime” and the Republican leadership says virtually nothing, but the Attorney General of the US can commit perjury in front of a Congressional Committee and walk away with nothing but a resignation...? When conservative voters scream about the fact that there isn't a set of "nuts" to be found among House Republican leaders, this is exactly what we're talking about.

Holder better stay the Hell away from Ft Marcy Park, if he knows what’s good for him.

And in case he DOESN’T know what’s good for him, he better have some secretly burned DVDs stored with his friends (assuming he has some) to mail to the media detailing all the inside dirt on Comrade 0bama, should Holder have an unfortunate ‘accident’.

The main reason Holder might resign would be to get a Presidential pardon for any crimes he might have committed, and perjury is a crime, by the way, not to mention the possibility that he actually coordinated the Gunwalker scandal that resulted in the deaths of hundreds of Mexicans and two of our border agents.

If he sticks it out until Cain is nominated (had to get that in there,) and then he is investigated and found guilty, he’ll do jail time. And we know he understands the pardon process, as he was instrumental in getting Marc Rich pardoned by Clinton in the last days of that administration. So, it’s on his mind, I’d bet that.

All they have to do is figure out how to blame it on a purge mentality held by racist Republican legislators, and he’s out the door. In fact, I’ll bet the MSM is aready examining the “racist past” of those eight Republicans calling for his resignation, in preparation.

Not gonna happen.

Obama is about to turn him loose to organize some show trials and send some high-profile Wall Street bankers on perp walks. The media will then spin him into a hero and F&F will be forgotten.

I hope he hangs in there. He has everything on everybody, Clinton included. If he does appear to have been fired, it will be with some kind of very golden parachute to keep him quiet. I hope it gets ugly.
