Political pressure from the Mexican government initiated this political hangman game with willful players going along to remain politically correct with the DOJ's informal policy of amnesty for the criminal but disciplinary and prosecution for the lawman. Officer Diaz had already been cleared by his internal affairs officers and after Mexico lodged this complaint, the DOJ and Johnny Sutton, along with the help of this federal judge, engaged in creative writing, character assassination, political promises of immunity to testify false testimony, ignored all other reports clearing this officer and proceeded to find a scapegoat for their own failures on border control and maintaining the integrity of our borders.
This is not the first event documented that showed such willful violations of American rights versus the preservation of foreign illegal aliens or immigrants that use this political power of immunity and false accusations as a tool to escape punishment for their criminal acts against our government, our sovereign states and our citizens who expect laws to be followed, illegal immigrants to be either deported or face charges for illicit acts such as drug smuggling and consistency in enforcement of the laws. President Obama should pardon this officer and clear his record to restore his civil rights that were stolen from him by a foreign government.
Absolutely sickening.

I cannot adequately characterize or express my disgust and revulsion at our government’s treatment of our border agents.
It would appear to me that the US gummint is trying to discourage people from serving as border agents.
That will teach him to mess with an authorized drug smuggler working for the government.

Jesus Vincente “El Mayito” Zambada-Niebla is the son of Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada, right-hand man to Joaquin “Shorty” Guzman, Mexico’s most wanted criminal. “El Mayito” claims that he served as the role of “primary liason on behalf of the Sinaloa Cartel to the United States government,” a deal he says was “known and approved” by the Justice Department and cartel leaders in 2008, according to Reuters.

Just remember. This started with George Bush and his “good friend” f*-head Sutton.
They set the precedent for this particular brand of treason.
I’m thinking that Johnny Sutton might be working for the Mexican drug cartels.
If they can subvert the lesser magistrates, we’re doomed.
Big tyrants can never bring their destructive fantasies to fruition without masses of little tyrants who are willing to do their bidding.

CIA Wants Court to Invoke Classified Information Procedures Act (CIPA) in Case Involving Jesus Vicente Zambada Niebla

The fingerprints of the CIA have surfaced in a controversial federal criminal case pending in Chicago against Jesus Vicente Zambada Niebla, an alleged kingpin in the Sinaloa “drug cartel.”
US government prosecutors filed pleadings in the case late last week seeking to invoke the Classified Information Procedures Act (CIPA), a measure designed to assure national security information does not surface in public court proceedings.
“The government hereby requests that the Court conduct a pretrial conference … pursuant to CIPA … at which time, the government will be prepared to report to the Court and defendant [Zambada Niebla] regarding the approximate size of the universe of classified material that may possibly be implicated in the discovery and trial of this case,” states a motion filed on Friday, Sept. 9, by US prosecutors in the Zambada Niebla case.
Why the above, and all the rest of it, is not being screamed from national headlines and wall-to-wall coverage on the news networks illustrates how hopelessly in the tank the national media is for whoever has a “D” after their name.
I don’t think Diaz can count on a sentence commutation this time from Hussein.
There was/is fear from high up in the DOJ
that LEO might get in the way of Obama’s/Holder’s

That is because it isn’t sarcasm it is the truth.
Our Government does not want our Borders closed to smugglers or drug dealers, and this case is meant to be a lesson to Border Patrol Agents to ignore these criminals.
