Another one of Sutton’s boys got roughed up a bit, or so he says. This is the same puke partnered up with former AG Ashcroft in http://www.ashcroftgroupllc.com/law/

... Undoubtedly Diaz is being railroaded in order to secure the silence of cartel criminals who are operating under the imprimatur of the US government.

Why the above, and all the rest of it, is not being screamed from national headlines and wall-to-wall coverage on the news networks illustrates how hopelessly in the tank the national media is for whoever has a “D” after their name.

The same thing happened under Bush who has an R after his name.

The same thing happened under Bush who has an R after his name.
The MSM has a hierarchy of values:

1. Islamic Jihadists and Israel-haters are always right.
2. Mexican nationals always have priority over US nationals and US law.
3. Conservatives are always wrong.
4. In any argument between a Democrat and a Republican, the Democrat is always right.
5. A Republican can be right, as long as he supports Jihad, Mexicans or Democrats.

That's why the press allowed Bush and Sutton to conduct their dirty little war against Border Guards unhindered, even though they are "Republicans". It fit right in with their values. Bush was a "Republican supporting Mexican nationals over the interests of the United States". Why would they attack him for that?

Sickening disgusting! And this man has 6 children he needs to provide for. We are living in the bizarro world version of America

This is called anarcho-tyranny. Gov’t approved anarchy on the border plus tyrannical prosecution of righteous Border Agents to give a break to a scumbag drug trafficker

Juries can be pressured, and juries can get it wrong.

Long past time to overthrow the current regime and all it’s sycophants, including the Republicrats who, Lindsey style, reach across the aisle to grope the other side.

Sickening, lousy, anti-American government!

Juries can be pressured, and juries can get it wrong.

If the jury doesn't have the whole set of facts because the judge decided to hide it from them, then nobody needs to pressure them.

"This ruling by Judge Cardone is the most disgraceful act that I have ever heard of in the history of our great nation and both she and the prosecutors should be ashamed of themselves for taking the word of a drug smuggler, caught in the act, while ignoring the facts," Friends of the Border Patrol Chairman Andy Ramirez wrote in a statement. "Evidence that would have severely damaged the credibility of the known drug smuggler, and exonerated Compean & Ramos was sealed and suppressed and the attorneys were prevented from mounting a proper defense."

This is the same reason a young Virginia policeman was prosecuted for detaining a black man. He had to serve 4 years in jail because the NAACP said that he infringed on the civil rights of the perp. The young man served his time and now has to work two jobs to support his family.
