Rick Perry’s plan would be 25-27-6 here in South Carolina. That’s really high. And then there’s the payroll tax, so it’s actually 25-42.3-6.

If a mod wants to change that header from LIFE to LIVE, they are welcome to do so.
Perhaps the misspelling might catch an eye or two though, so maybe that’s not so bad.

The plan hasn’t even been announced.
There isn’t a soul that would propose a 42% tax on anything.
Can you explain 909 empowerment zones? or was it 333 empowerment zones?
