I have no problem with this story at all. This is not a "faction", this is the essence of the kind of scum we are seeing at this event. It is not merely that "many" are communists, it is "most". Whatever the problems with Wall street and the "bankers", they pale in comparison to the kind of evil these people represent. They are out to destroy, not to bring justice.
You're just like the fleabaggers. You think you have a problem with Wall Street, but you don't. You have a problem with corrupt congressmen who have been on the take for years.
Government regulation and bureaucracy are the seedbeds of all the corruption that has brought us to this place. While I agree there have been precious few "good guys" in any direction, the source of the problem is clear.
Wall Street needs to be fixed. Who is more likely to bring back respect for the law and solid judgement on how government needs to guide the free market; a Tea Party type candidate or someone followed by this unthinking crowd of whack jobs?

Most of the complaints about Wall Street shenanigans and crony capitalism are entirely justified.
The problem with OWS is that their proposed solutions, to the extent they provide any, will make things worse not better.
When government controls whether businesses make a profit and how much, businesses will obviously try everything they can to influence those decisions.
The cure is not more detailed and intrusive regulations, it is to provide simple and minimal regulations, then allow the free market to work.

What is so hard to see that when two groups of people conspire to do something that should not be done then they are both guilty.

It mostly appears that the answer to that question is “Neither”. Sadly.
I agree with you mostly. Bringing back Glass Steagall would fix a huge percent of the problems. It worked for 70 years.
