Washington (CNN) - Congress isn't getting a glimpse of what's on President Barack Obama's Blackberry - or any more internal White House communications related to the bankrupt solar company Solyndra, which received a $535 million loan guarantee from the federal government.
On Friday the White House Counsel sent a letter to the House Energy and Commerce Committee explaining they won't comply with the request because it "implicates longstanding and significant institutional Executive Branch confidentiality interests."

He thinks he is immune to corruptions laws. just because he corresponded on a BlackBerry.
Your stinking American laws mean nothing to me!
Didn’t this Kenyan Klown kept harping about TRANSPARENCY??
what a crock, hand it over.
LOL!

To keep himself from being impeached.
I had a friend years ago who believed (probably because he watched old Perry Mason episodes) that you COULD NOT be convicted of a crime unless you confessed. My friend was very confident that he would never go to jail for any crime: "I'd just never confess", said the genius.
I lost touch with him after he got sent to jail for dealing drugs.
Issa knew the regime would do this and it makes mr obama look like a crook. Even clinton news network has to cover it
Someone please bring us all up to date on the current status, if there is one, of any “Special Prosecutor” statute that could possibly be used to compel such an appointment.
It seems to me this case is tailor-made for an independent SP, but I’m not at all sure if there is such a thing any more under the Law.
“”he’s the first to sue a BlackBerry””
I hope you meant “use”.........
How about all documents related to Shepherd Flats Wind Farm. If you think that Solyndra was bad, wait until you read about Shepherd Flats and the wind energy.
I thought all of that was adjudicated during the Nixon probes? They did not have blackberrys at the time but the method of recording communications should not make any difference.
How does a blackberry differ from a diary? Or a tape? Do we not have a right to know who out president is contacting as it is relevant to investigations? What ever happened to checks and balances? Is he a king? (Other than in his own arrogant brain?)
It is clear this fraudulent president has no interest in our system of justice, our laws or our country as a whole for that matter. An understatement.
Will the Dems be smart enough to get him to resign before he destroys them completely? They can see themselves right now in the mirror that is Wall Street -— what will they do?
Impeachment !
The most transparent administration in history. </sarc
That isn't Obama's Blackberry; it's owned by the citizens of the United States who are letting him use it for a while, just like the White House isn't his, but the house in which US citizens let Presidents l live. So, shut up, Obama, and give us our Blackberry to investigate your malfeasance.
Woodward and Bernstien where are you? Wash. Compost?
What did the president know and when did he know it?
What we need is a bean counter to give us a full accounting of the money that has been spent by the Obama administration, starting with the stimulus and tarp and going straight through all the various federal agencies.
The Shepherd Flats Wind Farm created 35 jobs at the cost of $16.3 million each. The developer is GE.
love to get that blackberry I guarantee that there has been many connections between him and many left wing loons, leaders and on the street radicals.
