Barry and his little buddy, Hoffa Junior, should have not allowed their crowd to cheer when Junior told the crowd of union ‘RATS that it was time to “take out” the American TEA Party people.
The platform should be straightforward.
1) NOT just a restoration of DADT, but a prohibition of homosexuals in the military.
Under Section 8 of Article 1 of the constitution, congress has the authority “To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States.”
This means that no federal judge may force the military to admit homosexuals if congress chooses for them not to. As well, no federal judge can prevent congress from punishing anyone discovered to be a homosexual in the military.
2) Not just the elimination of parts of Obamacare, but the who stinking ball of dung. And even though Obamacare has gone a great length to destroy both Medicare and Medicaid, congress is under no obligation at all to restore these two economic black holes. Congress may very well decide to get out of the health care business entirely.
3) Other, enormous chunks of the government can go right out the window as well. Vast regions of State lands seized by the federal government can be returned to the individual States.
So says our first half-black (or is it Arab?), muslim, communist, homosexual, non-citizen, gangsta, street agitator “Commander in Chief”.
