Rasmussen: 50% Less Likely to Buy GM Because of Bailout

And because the quality is akin to that of the Yugo - be sure to look for "The Union Label".

I’ve spoken to a lot of people about this and was surprised to learn how many of them felt this way. That 50% number is way too low.

Might have something to do with those $5000 taxpayer dollar "signing bonuses" for all those worthless hung-over union thugs.

“Rasmussen: 50% Less Likely to Buy GM Because of Bailout”
************************

Would it still be at 50% if Ford, etc. had the right/freedom to advertise/speak out?????

Count me as one of those, I sure as Hell will never buy GM or chrysler again, not only because of the Bailout, but because GM is also Disingenuous and Globalist.

I don't know what my Next Car will be, Maybe a Ford (I still don't like the Unions) or an American Made Japanese Car, but it sure as Hell won't be GM.

Maybe that commerce clause in the Constitution that the Obama regime interprets to say the government can mandate citizens to buy health insurance will now be used to mandate people to buy GM and only GM cars.

Rasse should be a reader here.

After the GM buyout you could see it here, no way would a FR-er buy GM. I kept telling my Ford Gnome we have a phenomenon going on here, I don't know if he passed it up the chain. But no one would talk about it until Frank Beckmann 9am -12 on tthe 50,000 watt blowtorch 760 am open the phone lines one morning just after the GM bailout and asked the question would you buy GM.

When GM family members called in and said no he was stunned...

Yet we say it here 1st.

FR, on the cutting edge...

It's not just GM, don't forget about Chrysler.

I really wanted a new Ram built by Dodge and shaken by Cummings, but no more.

Obama Motors is avoided by REAL Americans, who saw through the money-funneling Unions, and the good-ol' boy taxpayer-siphoning for the sake of the DNC.

Ford or Foreign is the name of the game, now.

... despite the repayment of a substantial portion of the money.

have they? Or was that simply reprogramming of the loan to cut out the gubermint's primacy of payment? Seems to me I remember reports it was all sleight of hand.

I stopped buying GM after they introduced On-Star and quit making cars I liked to drive and began focusing exclusively on building SUV’s.

I'm a car guy and always have been and GM isn't much interested in building cars anymore and haven’t been for 20 years.

Only way I would ever even consider buying a GM product is if they paid back what was swindled from the taxpayers, returned to bondholders the money that was stolen and given to UAW and made an abject apology.
