The Texas governor was heckled Thursday by protestors over his stance on immigration at a campaign stop in Charlotte, North Carolina. To be fair, it wasn’t like Rick Perry encountered throngs of angry masses - it was more like a handful of white folks holding up signs saying “Rick Perry: Endorsed by Mexico.” Still, the protest wound up on the local news (watch the video here), which is not the kind of story the Perry campaign wants to see.
Ironically, the protest - which was organized by the group Americans for Legal Immigration (ALIPAC) - probably received more attention than it otherwise would have because the Perry campaign had actually tried to remove a Facebook invitation promoting it.
ALIPAC is now vowing to continue showing up at other Perry events.

Texas has spent over 400 million, doubled the border security budget in a time of cuts, built strategic fencing in populated areas and sent Texas Rangers to the border.
Perry has advocated for greater technology and more boots on the ground. What has North Carolina done and what have THEY spent to fight illegal immigration?
This is what happens when the media is successful at hiding the publics true outrage about a topic. The President signed an executive order basically halting deportations. Deportation should be the natural result of evading the countries defenses. With deportation of the table National Defense is off the table.
It’s just that simple and for some reason many folks can’t seem to grasp it. The entire population of the planet is welcome to live here now, all they need to do is get here.

THIS JUST IN Perry is now trying for a Resurrection Day---using his wife as a political prop. He's now saying his wife pushed him into the race---that he, himself, never thought about running.
Who's he kidding? He's been busy establishing "foreign policy creds" for years.......hoarding political chips by sucking up to Mexico, Aga Khan Muslims, and God knows who else. Planning to trot them out for 2012 when the time was right.
Too bad Perry never figured that would be used against him. (1) 911 happened; (2) the illegal problem erupted into the Third Rail of American politics.
Perry Should be declared a security risk.....for sucking up to foreigners bent on killing Americans.
