Anyone who buys that knows NOTHING about these people; a big deal in the hood is not just “keepin’ it real” by getting away with something bad —the real pride lay in SMOOSHING that fact in your FACE.
They do this type of thing to one another every day —this time is only unusual because it was to the TAX PAYERS instead of to tax playaz.
Only a dummy prefers to think that somehow this guy is on OUR side, lambasting welfare.
