well.. I guess I wont be going to either one of those places again any time soon, since I am sure their food now tastes like crud.
Only a faggot uses the term “battle of the bulge” when it comes to fatties. I wish these pinheads would come up with something more original that hasn’t already been used.
I have no problem with them making that kind of money if they are making the company a profit. That’s what they are there for.
The burning question for me is why did Wendy’s decide to stop salting their fries? And did Michelle have something to do with it?
I’ll remember that whenever I see pictures of Moosechelle and Hussein eating at Olive Garden or Red Lobster on a regular basis. Oh, I see—that’s strictly for the serfs of their kingdom.
“The First Lady has scored another victory in the battle of the bulge”
Certainly not her bulge.
PG 13 menus?
Looks like those places are now off our list.
Darden can shove it. I now have a nifty little phone where I can send email from....and I will be sending Darden emails EVERY time I pass a Red Lobster and eat at another fish place....telling them how much I spent. Same goes for Olive Garden...I will go to Macaroni’s or Carrabba’s and let Darden know I CHOSE to go somewhere else and spend $x amount because of their embrace of Hussein’s “suggestions”.
I have HAD IT with fake capitalists who sing the praises of Hussein the socialist.
There. Fixed it.
I’ll bet this guy even flies on a corporate jet, too.
But somehow, I’m guessing he’s going to be exempt from most of King Downgrades new tax increases.
Meanwhile, it’s the white pasta that’s the bigger problem.
Way to go, Michelle.
Damn, I had heard the Red Lobster biscuits are to die for. Guess I will settle for Cracker Barrel biscuits now.
Among the waivers recently granted were for employers like Darden Restaurants, which operates the Red Lobster and Olive Garden restaurants, for 34,000 of its workers. Federal officials have granted 111 waivers to employers, insurers and union plans, who are responsible for covering about 1.2 million people.NY Times, Nov. 9, 2010
Because it masks the quality of the ingredients.
Blech.
We patronize small local restaurants in our area. Great food, incredible variety and not chain fare. I do realize people in small towns don’t have the variety of restaurants and the chain groups are worse than WalMart at monopolizing the trade.
Olive Garden is the ridiculously priced for the crap they serve, all sauces, pasta and bread.
Anybody who thinks Olive Garden is Italian cuisine is a blithering idiot. Overpriced frozen meat and pasta and sauce out of a can.
Carrabbas is extremely well-prepared and reasonably authentic Italian food, at the same prices as Olive Garden (around $14 and up for an entree - and Carrabbas generally includes salad, bread, and a veg of the day in that price).
“Evil Big Food” I wonder if he will get protestors at his home :)
Remember this commercial?
“We don’t want tuna with good taste; we want tuna that tastes good!”
