Palin On "Crony Capitalist" Politicians: "I'm Not For Sale" (FULL video)

Former Governor Sarah Palin gave the keynote speech at a Tea Party rally in Indianola, Iowa on Saturday afternoon.

"We sent a new class of leaders to DC, but immediately the permanent political class, they tried to co-opt them. Because the reality is we are governed by a permanent political class, until we change that," Palin said about career politicians.

The speech, roughly 40 minutes, ranged from politics to policy. Palin made sure to address reforming taxes and entitlements. Palin called for eliminating all federal corporate income taxes and called entitlement reform "our duty."

As predicted, Palin took a swipe at career politicians, which some suggest is a veiled criticism of GOP candidate Gov. Rick Perry.

The longer she delays announcing her candidacy, the longer she keeps the ruling-class RINOs, state-controlled media, DemocRAT and Republican opponents, etc. in complete and total disarray.

Why should she give up her strategic advantage?

To make it "fair" for the RINOs and 'Rats?

Palin is coming, and the Tea Party is coming with her.

ineluctable

A very good speech... almost Reagan-esque...

Renee Ellmers comes immediately to mind.

GE Transportation + TEF funds as recently as May of this year = crony capitalism in my book.

Perry’s economic plan is to give corporate handouts and subsidies to companies from other states.

I don’t think we could afford his federal stimulus or bailout plans.

You forgot to mention Free Republic's RINO Luvin' armchair political analysts.

She’s the closest thing to Reagan I’ve seen since ‘88.

I’m disappointed that she made no “big announcement” today. I know that she will let us know, one way or the other, but I’m just anxious for her campaign to get going.

Sarah did a Babe Ruth.

She walked out on the stage, pointed to right field and hit it out of the park!

I hate it that the presidency would completely disrupt her family and lifestyle but, we really, really need her as president.

I have yet to hear another candidate come close to her platform.

Loved watching her mingle with the crowd. So personable, asking each person their name and addressing them. Thanking them for coming out.
And eager to oblige each request for a photo with the person.

She is extra special.

1) She's running.

2) Obama is beyond toast. He's attempting to run on class envy. She's co-opted it to turn the resentment against WASHINGTON. Never been done before; least of all by anyone with a demonstrated track record of putting the insiders behind bars.

Cheers!

-"I’m disappointed that she made no “big announcement” today"

Well, get ready, because according to her own words she will say something within 27 days(or sooner IMHO). Trust me, SP has been planning this for 3 years now, she's calculated her entry point based on a set of objective calculations. Look at what happened to Paws, MB, and even Mitt. their fire has burned out, just as the race is about to start in earnest. Perry's so new into this (only 21 days), that people don't even know why they would want to vote for him except that he's not one of the rest. His support is a mile-wide and an inch deep. The Perry people have never followed him, and don't know squat about him. That's going to change real soon. Once his arrow starts to point down, Sarah will be stepping in, causing a proportional double bounce for her.

She talked about it again today, campaign cash. She said she has always been outspent 5 to 1, 10 to 1, etc. The delay in announcing is mainly about funds. Once she announces all the funding rules change for her. This is one of the main reasons she is waiting until the last minute.

She always says she would run a untypical campaign. She won't have nor need as much cash as everyone else. She will run a grassroots campaign and use the FREE media as much as possible. She has them running around speeding, trying to keep up with her. She “ropes the dopes”.

Great speech.

Just made three $100 bets with a RINO friend in MA who loves Mitt:

That Sarah will announce soon.

That Sarah will win the GOP nomination.

That Sarah will win the Presidency.

On Sean Hannity’s show Palin said this”

“You know, August and September, you do have to start laying out a plan if you are to be one to throw your hat in the ring, so that’s basically the time frame,”

Today she “laid out a plan”for American Restoration.

Looks like she’s on-schedule to me...............
