Wall Street Journal ^ | Sept. 2, 2011 | WSJ Editorial

Rahm Emanuel may have decamped to Chicago, but Democrats in Washington still won't let a good crisis go to waste. Their current gambit is to use Hurricane Irene as a pretext to prevent spending cuts to one of Washington's most notorious boondoggles.

This is a very enlightening "must read" and "bookmark for reference" article.

And we need to ask ourselves, can we, as a ocuntry afford another 4 years of Dem ruling.

Does anyone else find it odd that no-one in the media or any other other democrat agenda whores are even watching this TS Lee roaring into New Orleans with top speeds of 60mph, storm surges of 3-6 feet and enough rain to flood the city again? Very strange if you ask me.

I think we should just shut down about 90% of the federal government for the next 4 years and see how the economy does.
