I think the perhaps the most poignant question regarding Obama at this point is whether he's a complete sociopath.
That would seem to be the most logical explanation for how completely out of touch with reality he clearly is.

To be fair about this issue, this is from the article:
The Iftar is the dinner that breaks the holiday’s daily fast. The dinner became an annual White House tradition under President Bill Clinton and was continued by President George W. Bush. The White House says invited guests include religious and grass-roots leaders in the Muslim-American community as well as leaders of other faiths and elected officials.

I would expect Clintoon to start this dumb-azz dinner. But for Bush to continue it - especially after 9/11 - was one of many stupid blunders he made.
But for Obammie, it’s different. This is not just some dog and pony show dinner. This is a deep religious event for him and his muzzie cohorts.
