Agree with much you've said but I think you've gone too far there.
It isn't true that "porn doesn't do anything except provide an outlet." Porn corrupts the mind. Did you want your little boys, when they were small children, to view porn?
Probably not. And there is a reason we almost instinctively recoil from the idea of children viewing porn.
If porn were only "an outlet" for natural instincts, then we would have no problem letting children view it and sharing in that "outlet" too.
Men are more visually oriented, while women are aurally (sound) oriented. Women like Naomi Wolf feel that that means men are mentally ill and must be corraled, chained and changed. The totalitarian state is needed to accomplish this goal.

When my teenage sons were first caught with porn I discouraged it for the following reason
It gives an unrealistic expectation of a real woman. I told them that when they found a nice girl next door for a girlfriend she was never going to(and shouldn’t be expected)compete with professional whores.
I also thought that it wasn’t fair to them or their future wives for them to expect their bodies to compete with porn stars.
And how annoying must it be for a wife to hear: Honey, lets try this new thing i saw in a magazine?(or internet or on t.v.)

and yep...some women do get randy in pregnancy..my wife sure never slowed down and I was good with it too....there was just something so cool about a pregnant woman to me..my woman...those days are over for us...by her choice..but boy I lived for it...I still get fuzzy when I see a pretty glowing pregnant woman..I have an urge to compliment them...it’s an instintive thing I can’t explain...more life affirming than anything else I know
aside from after my near death experiences..her pregnancies were as close as we’ve ever been...men understand that...I didn’t like leaving her even to go on my rounds

Feminist culturally gave so much power to women in the bedroom, the balance is off... and with that, much of the joy and fun.
One of the drawbacks of posting in the wee hours is that you don't always get your point across clearly or completely.
Please don't take my post as a ringing endorsement for porn. It's not. The point I was trying to make, and obviously did not make clearly, is that men resort to porn as a outlet for their natural instincts (particularly in marriage) if there is a disconnect between him and his spouse (hence, my later remarks about what usually causes the disconnect and the need to bring God in to the relationship).
Sorry I wasn't clear about that; my frustration at yet another "bash the men" article had me seeing red.

I think it helped that, according to all the tests out there, I have a male-dominant thought process; the hormone rush actually worked with my physiology.

I would guess that most young people today will be exposed to porn long before they marry. The constant media exposure and delayed marriage contribute to this.
