THE GOP will cave. Count on it. It’s what they do.

Obama is a weak worm. I'm sick of his weak ass thinking he dictates anything.

This would be no different than just raising the debt ceiling to whatever the dems want. If you do it in smaller chunks or all at once it is no difference. But it would be typical deception for the populace.

Cornyn is a FOOL if he thinks this "mini" deal is anything by complete capitulation to Oaf-bama and his band of marxists.
Still waiting for LEADERS to stand up to Oaf-bama, but I am not going to hold my breath.

If they insist on extending it, I’d suggest no later than the end of this year. “Six or eight months,” as suggested by Billy Blowjob seems excessive to me.

Democrats think they can take back the House and keep the Senate if there’s a shutdown. Sadly, they may be right thanks to moderates, independence and MSM manipulation.

. . . at least one GOP lawmaker didn't outright dismiss it. Or, to put it another way, almost every single pubbie laughed in Clinton's face.
Can you smell the stink of desperation: "hey, at least one guy said he'd 'get back to us.'

If by mini-deal they mean increase the debt ceiling by a little and cut spending by the same amount, I'm all for it. The closer to the election, the more pressure will be on President Obama to cave on the rest of it.
On the other hand, if mini-deal means increase the debt ceiling by a little, with no cuts, while they "negotiate" a larger deal, NO DEAL.
