From what I have seen much testimony has been allowed in without the necessary foundation which is the judges fault-unless the DA failed to object.
That is ridiculous. I have yet to see a trial involving aBlack woman (may exist) that is a f-ing psychopathic killer with the ability to blame innocent people ruin other peoples lives (not just fam) and not have a moment of remorse. There in lies the difference.
He didn’t KNOW CAYLEE was missing. You think he WANTED to think CAYLEE was dead. He hadn’t seen Caylee or Casey for 31 DAYS...They had to find them first. That is why Cindy tracked down Casey THAT evening. Period. That would NOT be a human reaction.
The State does not appear straightforward. I just do not understand the Defense. Do you? I am thinking George is mixed up in this mess but how?

Not a groupie but I never trust the State or the Media. I want proof not a theory. M62 has a good motive theory for M1 of shutting up Caylee. SS wants to be able to hear the defense evidence. The state keeps taking advantage of Baez inexperience to stop it. George is very fishy. So is Kronk. I agree with the burden of proof being on the State.

Do you think that an appeals court is so ignorant that they can’t spot a dumb lawyer trick. Intentionally throwing a trial doesn’t get you a new trial. It gets you disbarred.
This trial has done something to me. I have seen the depths of evil with this Defense team and their client.
The passion and heart and soul of a Pros. Team trying to get justice for this baby.
The media nad their unbelievable unprofessional behavour. NO truth. They don’t even watch the trial. It is readily available without interuption on the internet. Yet they try to spin their way into a totally obsurd conclusion.
Frankly I have lost a lot of, I don’t want to say faith, but pretty close to it, in the soul of American People. I know that’s a little over broad but look at the politics.

Yet we have media, politicians and everyday people that bury their heads in the sand and seem to think somehow everything will magically heal itself. Sorry, This trial has put me in a really foul mood. I’ll be fine once she gets the DP.
There are bad seeds in this world and I believe Casey is one. It takes one’s breath away, the ornate lies she has told, and her utter lack of remorse. She’s a classic sociopath IMO. The prosecution has done a masterful job. I pray the jury does the right thing.

they had the option of sentencing her without the death penalty.
This is directly from the jury instructions:
“To prove the crime of Aggravated Manslaughter of a Child, the State must prove the following two elements beyond a reasonable doubt:
1. Caylee Marie Anthony is dead.
2. Casey Marie Anthony’s act(s) caused the death of Caylee Marie Anthony.
Or
The death of Caylee Marie Anthony was caused by the culpable negligence of Casey Marie Anthony.”
Why do you say that? The state didn’t indicate the tape was over her eyes but over her mouth and nose.
Exactly - that’s what makes this a travesty - not that they didn’t find her guilty of murder one, but that they found her not guilty of ANYTHING when we know she is...noone else could be...and now the case is closed...no justice for Caylee...
