Is Rick Running?

A Republican campaign veteran tells us that Texas Governor Rick Perry has decided to run for President, though the official word from Team Perry is still a definite maybe.

I’m not especially surprised and I’m especially enthusiastic, either. Another quasi-RINO in the herd. Just what we need.

Perry was the TX chairman for (D’rat/Socialist) Owl Gore’s 1988 run for President. Owl Gore!

Just another Bush “Compassionate RINO” from TX.

No Thanks!!!!

Maybe so, but he’s a much nicer person and, believe it or not, has done a lot for Texas. We have a GREAT economy in comparison to the rest of the country and I believe his leadership helped get us here.

That said....I would rather keep him as governor and vote for Palin, West, Cain or Bachmann for president!

BTW...Texas ping!

especially when Palin jumps on the bandwagon and starts campaigning for him in lieu of launching her own run

Exactly. Rick and Rudy are law partners. They are political cronies. They are friends from way back. But if Rick knows what’s best for his presidential ambitions...

He will throw Rootie Tootie under the bus.

“Adios Mofo.”

Texas State Budget Surplus as other states look for handouts

Jun 7, 2009

While California, New York, Florida, Michigan and Ohio make painful choices – higher taxes, spending cuts – Texas has a surplus topping $11 billion.

Compare that to Bush, who added four trillion to the deficit with his reckless spending.

Partners. Maybe not law partners. But business partners.

Google Bracewell & Giuliani. Do your research on how Perry and Giuliani have struck many a deal. Both politically and professionally.
