I've been wondering if the folks behind the circumcision ballot measure in San Francisco -- the subject of my most recent column -- are anti-Semites.

This is only slightly off-topice; but, didn’t they decide, from working in Africa with AIDs, that being circumsised actually cut down on the infection rate? Seeing as this is San Francisco, wouldn’t that be relevent?

The Jews throughout history and today are "the lost sheep of Israel." They keep making the same mistakes they made thousands of years ago documented in scripture: they keep trying to make alliances with their enemies. Why? Because they don't know who their friends are. Ultimately, Israel has no one it can really count on. The world is not on Israel's side and soon, the world will turn en masse against them.
As noted many times here at FR, Israel has only one True Friend. They've been alienated from Him and don't know Him, but will soon. As in the past, He will help them and their enemies will be defeated.
My take on the anti-circumcision folks? They probably think - in some way - it cuts down on pleasure.
Yet, there is no evidence that this (a reduction in pleasure) is true.
Well said...They used to be able to count on the U.S.A., but as they've seen recently, the illegal alien, anti-Semite muslim who's in our White House would rather cut their throats (like any good muslim).
And to accept Christ as their Savior and, therefore, Messiah would be a problem to their thinking.

To expand on my comment,it is not foolish for us to reject Jesus as we do not see the evidence that he is the messiah or G-d in the flesh.
