Obama is violating the war powers act - just as he has violated numerous other rules, laws, etc.

Dear Congressman,
What is your position on President Obama violation of the War Powers Act, requiring congressional authorization 60 days after the start of military operations in Libya? I just would like to know, is congress irreverent? I thought that we had three branches of government. If American forces are to remain in Libya CONGRESS MUST APPROVE, the Presidency is not a dictatorship.
