When that ‘’twentysomething’’ female is a teacher I’d call it worse than that!
What I mean is, if you take all the creepy, predatory guys and introduce them to all the creepy, predatory chicks, why couldn't they pair off and be happy together?

I wouldn’t. An 18 year old is an adult. End of story.
No it’s not the end of the story friend. Outside in the adult world, yeah, no problem. Not in a school setting, sorry. There has got to be some standards.

They are either children or adults. Can’t have it both ways. Would I have a problem with the school firing said teachers? Nope, but prosecuting them and putting them in jail for having sex with an adult? Can’t agree with that.

doesn’t matter. The teacher still has power of public trust and authority and this is a no-no. It’s a no-no in college to have a professsor having sex with a student isn’t it?
Like a boss and his employee’s, its sexual harassment at least, the employee or student might think their job or grade depends on it. Its an abuse of authority even if they are an adult.
This teacher should be sent to prison for a long time.
Why don’t these women cruise a local tech school or community college? I am sure there are many willing, able and legal young men there.

I know I’m probably in the minority here, but was this really a crime? We can talk and gufaw all we want, but it’s just not the same when a female teacher seduces her male students. I’m sorry. These boys haven’t been violated or cheated out of anything. Heck, they’ve been given a great story to tell their buddies over beers twenty years from now.
I think this sort of thing got swept under the rug years ago because most of the administrators were men. Nowadays, many school leaders are women, and they’re the ones not willing to let it go. It’s probably the mothering instinct kicking in or something like that.

Well, if the the older homo is a Christian Brother or Priest then the first several don’t count and according to many Freepers, the young predatory 14 y/o boy seduced the innocent and unwary, goodly father while he was unaware.
Then, 30 years later, they take away the church from the parishioners who had absolutely nothing to do with it while the church leadership skates unpunished.
That is just based upon my personal experience of having attended a Christian Brother school where they routinely raped many of the young boys. Fortunately, I was merely beaten, routinely.
Not in a school setting, no way. For Heavens sake, there has to be some standards.
