BIRMINGHAM, Mich. (WXYZ) - In a bizarre twist, a warrant has been issued charging an African American student from Seaholm High School for making racial slurs and threats at the school.
The warrant was signed Tuesday afternoon charging Courtney Isaiah Thomas with ethnic intimidation.
Detective Al Smith appeared before Judge Kimberly Small in 48th District Court to swear to the details.
He told Judge Small that the names of five African American students were written on the wall in a men's restroom. Det. Smith says a racial slur was written and the phrase: 'I'm going to kill them

Racist cops. Just wait until the ACLU comes after them.
“ethnic intimidation” Is this a joke or what? Now it’s a felony to write an immature statement on a bathroom wall punishable by two years in the joint? What a bunch of gutless pansies that reside in that town/county/state.
LMAO.
A member of Obama’s people charged with using a racial slur directed at other Obama people!
“Minorities” need to perpetuate the myth that their problems are caused by others. If whites stop feeling guilty, the gravy-train stops. Incidents like the one reported have been happening for years, especially on campuses.
Apparently there wasn’t enough racism to suit him so he had to create it to protest against it. Someone needed attention it seems and pulled a pathetic stunt he ended up snaring himself in. Article says he found and reported it as well as created it. It doesn’t say but I wonder if there was a camera somewhere watching who was going in and out so that they knew it wasn’t anyone else?
A ‘bizarre twist’ would have been if a white student had actually done this.

Yep. And Birmingham has a LOT of guilty whites. It’s a high dollar Oakland County suburb. The kids there drive better cars than I do now. and I’m almost old enough to be their dad.
I remember an incident at Farmington Hills HS several years ago where someone had written ethnic slurs on the lockers of some black students. It was all over the news - practically the crime of the century, updates every night on the news. They reported what the penalty would be for the person responsible for this crime. Then, lo and behold, after much investigating, it was discovered, and reported, that it was a black girl who had done it. All of the sudden, the story dried up. Nothing reported, that I ever saw, of what happened to this girl who had committed such a “heinous crime”.
A kid obsessed with race, just the sort who would produce these fraudulent racist messages and then try to claim racist intimidation. Seems that half or more of these supposed racist incidents turn out to be committed by a member of the 'victim' group that would benefit from false claims of racism.
Amazing. Someone had the temerity to call one of the "protected class" out on this?
Ah, a budding Community Disorganizer.
When there’s no racism, they just have to fake it.
Back in 97, I was sentenced to attend the EO course in Vilseck, Germany. The instructors brought forward the case of a soldier painting swastika's on the barrack room doors of black troops assigned to 7th Gp in Ft Bragg. I was chastised, my MOS was chastised, and I was accused of being part of the "Great White North". When it was found that a black troop had painted the swastikas on those doors, the instructors shut up. In fact, they sent me out of the class when I mentioned it later.
Yeah, that demographic is willing to accuse everyone and everything of discrimination, yet they are one of the greatest offenders.
And there's always institutional racism.
Disgusting!
To quote a more famous and respected Black man...
"There is a class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs. There is a certain class of race-problem solvers who don't want the patient to get well."
Booker T. Washington
And there’s always institutional racism.
