Growing up is optional.

Why the name Traveler? Well... There I was in the mid 70's, driving the John Deere tractor across the family farm in West Central Wisconsin (North of La Crosse) wondering just what was over that next hill. Upon High School graduation, I tried higher education, but I was not ready for it. So I joined the US Air Force, and 28 years later I had visited 4 of 7 continents, 13 countries and 26 states. Picked up a wife and 3 daughters in a package deal along the way. The wife was a widow at the time. I’ve got a lifetime’s worth of memories, good and bad, from being in the military. But I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Favorite Quotes? I have several.

Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs. There is a certain class of race-problem solvers who don't want the patient to get well."

What you get is what you got

Specialization is for insects."
