Looks like a certificate of birth, to me. My birth certificate lists the Dr’s name, hospital, weight, length, etc.
Not long form. I wonder about the Cerificate Number. I wonder why they had to hide that? Still has father's race as "African."
The conclusion before was that this was a likely forgery.

And it is still clear as day that his father was not an American citizen, so Zero can never be a natural-born citizen, and therefore he is not constitutionally eligible to be president!
