The man who inspired the documentary "Bush's Brain" and was the political mastermind behind George W. Bush's presidency got no vote of confidence from potential GOP candidate Donald Trump during a recent interview on Fox News. Trump, speaking with Greta van Susteren on "On The Record," literally named the former White House chief political adviser and one-time chief of staff as the "man who ran Bush into the ground."
"Bush finished so weak that we ended up getting Obama," Trump said. "(Rove) ran the man into the ground. "And the more I see about Karl Rove, the more I realize: maybe it wasn't completely Bush's fault. ... So I don't want to listen to Karl Rove."
He recently said he had information on the birth certificate issue that people would find "interesting." He said that he would soon be revealing the findings of his investigators, a team that he purportedly sent to Hawaii to investigate the authenticity of Obama's birth in that state.

Not sure how 'QT' it is; but his support of Romney is evident and has been, for a long time. Meantime; Trump is no 'O'Connell'; nor Palin or Bachman, for that matter; and Rove et al; should not imagine they can do to Trump; what they get away with these candidates.
Oh boy.

Wake me when some Conservatives start making noise in this upcoming campaign.
IMO, the only true Conservatives who are even considering a run for the White House are Sarah Palin, Michelle Bachmann and Herman Cain. The rest are Establishment Pubbies, RINOs or one who is not true enough to Conservative values and principles to stand strong when need be; like Rick Santorum who, along with Bush and Rove, threw a good Conservative, Pat Toomey under the bus and endorsed the low-life, scumbag Arlen Specter.
I heard he asked his Celebrities in his show tonight if they would vote for him as he was considering running for President. I don’t know when tonight’s episode was filmed.
Obama’s spending is more than three fold of Bush's. Bush budget deficits were within the historical 2-3% of the country's GDP. Obama’s is 10% or more. If you cannot tell the difference between $200-$400 billion dollars and $1.6 Trillion, well you belong at DU.
Hey, didn't Bush sign TARP?
BTW, when did Bush CUT the federal budget? Wasn't he elected as a conservative to cut the federal govt.? Instead it grew under Bush - by leaps and bounds.
Also, how many spending bills did Bush veto in eight years - each one with a deficit?
P.S. Let's not forget "Ive abandoned free market principles to save the free market system. " Must have been where Pelosi got her inspiration for "We have to pass the bill to see what's in it!"
I never said that Bush’s spending came close to comparing to the Muslim Marxist. But, we can’t deny that we had the White House and both Houses of Congress for years and the Pubbies spent money like a desperate crack whore AND, ON TOP OF THAT, WE STILL HAD ABORTION AND SAME SEX MARRIAGE. Real Conservatives, they.
