ROSEDALE, Md. -- Despite their closeness, Edna Stebbings was shocked to learn that her grandson was the victim of a brutal attack at a Rosedale McDonald's that was caught on tape.
Stebbings, who saw the video for the first time Saturday during an interview with 11 News reporter Sheldon Dutes, said she didn't realize the person in the video was her grandson up until the last minute.
A restaurant employee captured two women viciously beating her grandson on a cellphone camera.
"I was really upset to see this, because he has taken a number of beatings since he's been out there," said Stebbings. The victim lived with Stebbings, who hopes she will hear from him soon.

Is it just me or does anyone else think this story getting grossly over played.
It’s almost as obnoxious as the coverage of the Royal wedding.

I don't think it's getting too much time, at all. On the contrary, it should be a lead story Nationally. This is only the beginning of what we can expect when we mix the forced gay agenda with other forced special classes of society.

Actually, and sadly, I see some on the Right tied up over this. At first universally appalled by the actions of the animals, until they discovered the victim is of a group they disdain even more

My outrage over the video doesn’t change knowing the victim is a sexual deviant and mental cripple. Those savages had no right to execute their version of “justice” in the matter.
I can imagine myself being outraged at the behavior of a sexual deviant in public but I could never react in such a savage animalistic fashion and I would never condone or “let slide” such actions.
Those “teenagers” should be tried as adults and put away for many, many years.
It was like ‘Dog Day Afternoon’, everybody was cheering the bank robber, until they found out he was robbing the bank to pay for his boyfriend’s sex change operation.

I walked into a womens restroom once and encountered a crossdresser. It never occurred to me to beat the living daylights out of him. I just left. He was rude, but if I made a habit of beating the crud out of every rude person, well I’d never have time for FR.
To me, the most disturbing part is that there was a 14 year old involved. She’s just out of childhood, why does she have so much rage and how did she loose her humanity already?

It seems it takes one to know one. I would expect comments like this from an ignorant uninformed bigot. The victim of this cruel and unwarranted beating does not need to be victimized again by your hate!
Listen, I’m on the right, and I do not like gays at all, I mean at all. However, had I been there and had my heat on me, the assailants would have had serious trouble from me, because I would have feared for that person’s life, and I would have taken action.
They should have called police and reported a man in the woman’s bathroom, not committ aggravated felony assault against him.
