Obama ought to hot-foot it down there and investigate this gouging.

Bush-Cheney-Haliburton.
If there is anything I learned last time gasoline prices were this high, it's that those guys are responsible. Nothing else could possibly be the cause.

Depending on who you are and, it seems that it’s always the administrations fault!

Suncoast Energys, located near the Orlando International Airport, was charging $5.69 a gallon for regular gasoline on Friday.
Way to gouge travelers rushing to turn in rental cars with full tanks so they can catch their flights.
To: Nachum
I just checked gasbuddy.com and the average price in Orlando is about $3.76.

I know that station. I’ve been stuck filling up a rental car there prior to returning it at the airport. I know to avoid it now.

Sarcasm at it's best but here's the real reason. You'll notice as the dollar falls the price of oil increases and that's all because of Obama's buds over at the Federal Reserve printing money like it's going out of style.

Great chart. Question, do you think there are any other factors that contributed to price of oil not reflected in the chart? Where is chart from...I was looking for one earlier this evening?

This station was also in the news here not long ago.
It's around the corner from my office. It's been charging prices like this since it opened 7 or 8 years ago. I've been there once to buy gas. I put a dollar in and charged it. Enough to get me a mile up the road to another station that charges normal gouging prices :)
It's funny that this station and the new one across the street from it, that also charges outrageous prices, are fighting the new sign ordanance tooth and nail. Neither station currently has any signage that displays pricing.

If someone gets their gas near an airport than they deserve to pay higher costs. Everyone knows that the closer to an airport you are the more you pay. Funny that this is even news.
