An Baltimore LGBT group called Equality Maryland confirmed the victim of the Baltimore McDonalds’ beating is a transgender woman. Lisa Polyak, vice president of the board of directors for Equality Maryland commented on the video. “It does appear that the victim was a transgender woman, and she was brutalized while people stood by and watched,” “There’s no excuse for that violence under any circumstances, but we would encourage police to investigate as a hate crime.” Equality Maryland called on state Attorney General Douglas F. Gansler to investigate the case as a hate crime.

I asked them if it's standard procedure for an employee to film stuff like that, and then tell the perps to leave before the cops arrive, and if that's the kind of people they hire.

well it was a hate crime and since they pushed for the law it should apply to libs too.
That having been said, these animals need to be prosecuted to the limits of the law in regard to assault, battery, and possibly attempted manslaughter. And the "hate crimes" crowd should STFU. I don't care why these thuggettes beat a person nearly to death-- would it have been less reprehensible if they had simply been engaged in a robbery?
The victim is a male cross dresser who has been convicted of assaulting woman himself.
Take away message: it's okay to beat the heck out of a transgendered person trying to use a bathroom. Apparently it's okay to beat a straight white woman.
IIRC another white woman was brutally assaulted on a subway in Baltimore. It happened about 6 months ago. Perhaps it happens frequently.

It's going to turn REAL interesting. I would not be surprised if a DNC operative gave the tranny some $$$ to go elsewhere and disappear so the case doesn't come to trial.
A Baltimore jury is unlikely to convict two black women who got mad over a transgender using the ladies room, which would put the gay community in a Rodney King mood.
IMHO, it’s been a long time since a crime was committed that WAS NOT a hate crime. Isn’t every crime a hate crime? Doesn’t every perp have hate in his/her heart?

If it was a normal white person (man or woman) it’s virtually ignored by the lamestream media. Whitey getting stomped by blackies? No biggie.

Yup. We now have an adult man/juvenile female situation in a bathroom. Blacks beating a white transgender sensless. All that is missing is a Union member. Perhaps the McDonald’s manager? The liberal heads are about to explode.
There is an aspect that of this incident that I just learned this morning. I thought the victim was a woman. Turns out it was something called transgendered. Still a horrendous assault and no excuse. However, we see the result of this LGBT nonsense. What we actually have is a man using the women’s restroom. What a mess. Clash of ghetto culture and LGBT lunacy. Two PC titans go at it. Had the transwhatever gotten some real help, he would have never been there to be beaten. Unintended consequences.
