It's the conspiracy theory that won't go away. And it's forcing Republican officials and presidential contenders to pick sides: Do they think Barack Obama was born outside the United States and disqualified to be president?
As the Republican candidates tiptoe through the mine field, Democrats are watching. They hope the debate will fire up their liberal base and perhaps tie the eventual GOP nominee to fringe beliefs that swing voters will reject.

No, boobington - for a majority of those who have been pushing certifigate the allegation is that Obama held Kenyan citizenship regardless of where he was born and that the natural born requirement refers to citizenship.
The constitution was designed to ensure the president would not have devided loyalties.

It isn’t important whether he was born in HI or not...he claims BHO SR. is his father therefore he doesn’t meet the requirements of NBC....however, when he was younger he told everyone who’d listen he was born in Kenya.
It bugs the hell out of me when RINOs and Dems frame the issue this way. I don't know whether he was, and neither does anyone else in this world until he shows the actual birth certificate. Not a document that could have been obtained by anyone who contacted the state of Hawaii and said they were born somewhere in the world. A document that proves that a person was born on a date and time in a location within Hawaii, showing the doctor, hospital, person attesting to it, and the parents. That is all anyone is asking for, what people believe is irrelevant.
We just got through showing our birth certificates to the US government so we could get passports. Any candidate for president should show his birth certificate to the US people upon request. It's simple.
Then there is the whole issue about what is a natural born citizen, but that is another subject.

If the Constitution demande NBC to provide against divided loyalties Obama’s divided loyalties to the Muslims should prove they were right in that demand.
I doubt any Republicans other than Trump will take a stand, although if they just had the courage to say “Why doesn’t he provide the truth and release his records”, I would call that a heroic effort.
My advice is for surrogates of the candidates to keep hamming Obama on his hidden bc while the candidates focus on gas prices, unemployment and such.
Congress didn’t do thier Constitutional duty again and we got zero.
Congress is the source of all our pain.
Time to clean house.
